During student teaching, I regularly thought about what went well in my lessons and what I could improve. I used feedback from my mentor teacher and observer to adjust my instruction. I learned that teaching is not perfect and that reflection is necessary for growth. This process helped me become more confident and aware of my strengths and areas for improvement.
