This component focuses on adjusting instruction based on student needs. I understand that not all students learn the same way or at the same pace. When students struggle, I slow down, reteach, and explain the material in different ways. I use supports such as simplified notes, visual aids, chunked information, and small group instruction. I also challenge students who are ready for more by asking deeper questions or giving them more advanced work. My goal is to meet students where they are and help them grow
