During my student teaching experience, I grew professionally by participating in different types of school meetings and professional responsibilities. I attended in-service meetings, POD meetings, department meetings, department head meetings, and disciplinary meetings. These experiences helped me better understand how teachers collaborate, make decisions, discuss student needs, and support the school as a whole. Being part of these meetings showed me that teaching is not only about classroom instruction, but also about teamwork, communication, professionalism, and continued learning.
